We know you'd like your products asap! So we always aim to ship all our orders on the same day they are received, provided they have been placed before 12:00pm Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

UK Standard / Super Saver Delivery: FREE when spending £25+
This is our most popular and economical delivery service! Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Hermes and are normally delivered to the customer within 2-4 working days of posting (applies to UK customers only), not including weekends or public holidays.

Shipping charge for orders below £25 is £3.99

We also offer 1st Class UK Delivery as a £4.99 shipping option

UK Courier Delivery: From £8.99
Need your stuff in a hurry? These orders are sent via DPD, FedEx or similar. Courier Delivery is a premium trackable courier service that is normally delivered within 24-48 working hours of dispatch, and whilst every effort is made by the courier to ensure that Courier Delivery items are delivered by FedEx (or similar) the next working day from dispatch, this cannot be guaranteed by Hub 7 Ltd. Courier Delivery is not usually made on weekends.


European Delivery: (currently suspended due to Brexit)
Living somewhere fancy in Europe? Lucky you! Our European customer orders are sent via Royal Mail International Airmail and can normally take 15-25 working days to arrive due to Brexit delays depending on whereabouts in Europe you are located.
